Delivery & Cancellation Policy

We offer swift delivery within Lagos, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours (working days) from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is placed and processed, our logistics team will work diligently to ensure prompt delivery to designated address. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of the order will be sent to the customer

Orders placed outside Lagos will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. We partner with reliable couriers like FedEx, DHL, and Compton Green for safe and timely delivery. Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for easy tracking. 

Estimated delivery times are based on normal circumstances. However, unforeseen events, such as weather conditions, route areas or logistical challenges, may occasionally cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed in such situations. Delivery charges are calculated based on location.
