Delivery

We thrive to make delivery convenient for our customer.

Standard Shipping: this is calculated based on your location

Express Shipping: only applicable to Lagos N5000.

International Shipping: this is calculated based on the weight and location

You can have your order delivered to a home address or a pick-up point.

You choose when and where you wish to receive your order when placing your order.

Of course, once you’ve placed your order, you won’t want to wait to get your hands on the lovely products. We will of course let you know when your order is on its way; you will receive an email with your track & trace code.

It’s worth using this code to track your order via our carrier, so that you will know exactly when you can expect it.

Your order may experience a delay at our carrier. Keep an eye on your track & trace code.

If an ordered product is not in stock, we generally refund the order. However, we may deliver your entire order a little later than your selected delivery date.

We sometimes need to adjust our delivery times if we are particularly busy. For instance, this may occur during the holiday season. You can find current delivery times on our website.

We do not deliver on public holidays.

It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it.

With Click & Collect you order your favourite products online and pick them up in one of our boutique. As soon as your order is ready for you, you will receive an  e-mail and SMS to collect your order.

Yes, for items eligible for international shipping, we use DHL for delivery.
