My Orders

Your order confirmation will generally arrive within an hour of the completion of your order. Make sure to also check your spam folder if you have not received it yet. If it has not arrived, check whether the purchase amount has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you can safely assume that the order has been successful. You can also find your order number in the payment reference.

  2. Select your desired item and click Add To Bag. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout
  3. Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, continue via checkout while you fill in the required details

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

Yes, you can place your order on  phone or WhatsApp. We are always happy to help.

We may have to amend your order before we dispatch it, for example when items are out of stock or can’t be delivered to your address due to shipment restrictions with our carrier.

Naturally, we will inform you which products are on their way to you, and we will refund the purchase amount of the cancelled products.

Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Call 09160002340

We will be delighted to wrap your items for you! You can choose in the shopping cart whether you would like one or multiple products to be wrapped, and whether they should be wrapped separately or together. Here you can also add a personal message for the recipient.
