We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can only exchange your for another item after purchases within 10 working days of receipt.

Exchange Conditions

• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition based on the size, have not been altered or scratched, and have all tags still attached.
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether.
• You must return the item to the store or from the original shipping address provided, and must take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged during their return. The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with you until the products are received at SWNigeria’s facilities. You are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to SWNigeria.
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times. Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS).
• Customised items cannot be returned.
