2. Will it fade/go black?

The Swarovski jewellery is made in PVD physical vapour deposit a different type of plating technique that guarantees long-lasting jewellery that won’t turn or tarnish. All metals are allergy-free and suitable for any skin type.

3. Can I resell in the Gold Market?

Swarovski is made of plating and cannot be traded or weighed in the gold market however you can resell your Swarovski to anyone who loves crystals like you and wants to buy from you.

4. Can I bath with it?

For durability of your jewellery and to continue to enjoy its brilliant shine, we do not advise you bathe or apply perfumes with it.

5. Is it the same price as other stores abroad or why is it more expensive?

As is to be expected with international Stores prices may vary due to government taxes or excises and local duties hence a variation in price either slightly higher or lower than stores in other countries.

6. Are the stones glass or diamonds?

Swarovski Crystals are pure crystals made from water. Our highly unique craftsmanship gives the crystals the sparkle and brilliance of real Diamonds…they can also be called Sublime Diamonds.

7. How do I clean it?

Any soft cloth used to polish your Swarovski Jewellery takes off residue and dirt and your jewellery shines back.

8. Is there a warranty?

Yes. With every purchase your product comes with 2 years warranty and a certificate card is issued to you in honour of the warranty.

9. What does the warranty cover?

Loss of stones in a short duration of purchase or any tarnishing noticed over a short duration of purchase will be looked at for replacement or repair
